• System Integrity: You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the system, bypass security measures, or access data that you are not authorized to view.
• Professional Conduct: All information entered into this system (work orders, reports, utility readings) must be accurate, truthful, and professional.

3. Data Privacy and PDPA

• Your use of this system is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• You agree to handle any personal data you access through this system (such as guest unit numbers or employee names) in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Unauthorized disclosure of guest or employee information is strictly prohibited.

4. System Monitoring

The Management reserves the right to monitor, log, and audit all activity within the system to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

5. Termination of Access

The Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the system at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimer

This system is provided "as is" for internal operational use. The Management does not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

7. Changes to Terms

The Management may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the system following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
